Key Responsibilities:
Gaining insight into well-functioning processes and identifying bottlenecks
Monitoring the quality of process execution and ensuring order and cleanliness on the work floor
Recording team performance and ensuring that team members complete required training
Ensuring workplace safety
Coaching team members with a focus on their ambitions and professional development
Conducting conversations related to absenteeism, reintegration, performance, and evaluations
Scheduling (training) hours, maintaining time registration, and managing personnel changes
Analyzing KPIs
Monitoring the quality of process execution and ensuring order and cleanliness on the work floor

A full-time role in a two-shift system within a pleasant working environment where you can realize your ambitions
Early shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Late shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
On Thursdays, your shift starts at 1:00 PM for a team meeting with fellow Team Leaders

You have initial experience in a leadership role within a (warehouse) logistics environment
You work comfortably with systems and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to easily create reports and perform analyses
You are reliable and honor commitments – your team knows they can count on you
You have a good command of the English language and are willing to learn Dutch in the short term
You are willing to work in a two-shift system. On Thursdays, a team leader meeting is held at 1 PM, and your presence is expected
You work comfortably with systems and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to easily create reports and perform analyses
You are reliable and honor commitments – your team knows they can count on you
You have a good command of the English language and are willing to learn Dutch in the short term
